Well I have been looking around and would like to get a new portable. I am currently using my old betsy... 2nd gen Ipod nano. also i will be investing in some good quality cans in the near future right now though i"m on the fence between these two audio players. any suggestions? pros and cons of both?  price wise they are pretty similar so that doesn't really matter. i just cant decide! looking for good quality sound, instant gratification, versatility, longevity, blow your mind sound quality, something that will last as long as my ol'betsy  nano.

I would go Touch 5th gen over the Z2. Cowon's Android players are buggy and get half the battery life of a Touch.

I second the vote for an iPod touch. I also agree that Cowon Android players are too buggy & have shoddy battery life. I'd also suggest getting a nice app that allows you to customize the sq to make it equal to any Cowon device.

Just to add go with the touch very good sq and much better hardware/software than any Cowon player. iTunes isn't that bad and I love iTunes Match.
