I recently snagged a pair of Philips O'Neill the Stretch headphones for $15 on eBay, just for fun. Then I realized that I have an old 3rd gen ipod shuffle (the one that looks like a stick of gum) that's sitting in my house. Since I have plenty of time and nothing better to do, I decided it might be a fun project to try and make a "wireless" set by putting the shuffle inside the housing of the cans.

I searched this forums for similar projects and the best I found was a sansa clip or ipod 4th gen clipped on the side of the earcups. Instead, I want to remove the cord entirely and hide the shuffle inside so it's unnoticeable. This means I'll need to be able to access the shuffle so I can remove it for charging/editing songs on itunes.

Any inputs please? I'll get the headphones this friday so that's when I'll start it.
