Basically I am getting a pair of Q Jays and I was just wondering if the iPod Shuffle is good enough to power them or do I need to use an iPod Touch? Thanks
iPod Shuffle and good heaphones..does it work?

No experience with Shuffle but I have both Nano and iPhone, they sound great with W3.

The 1st gen shuffle will do a better job. I would bet the Q Jay should be fine with any portable player, thought I haven't listened to them.

i have the shuffle and new and old touch. they all sound good but the new touch and shuffle sound best. wait, which shuffle do you have? the new one is okay but the oldest stick one sounded best.
the shuffle hisses a lot and if the jays are very sensitive they will hiss madly but still sound decent.
