"nano" doesn't seem like a good name choice. Creative Labs already has a DAP called the Nano. Isn't Apple going to run into trademark problems?

yeah, nano seems like a weird name as creative has had a nano player for awhile, and apple is already in trouble with creative for stealing osmething else...
