Ok, i can get a used 30gb U2 ipod for like 1000sek, a new classic 80gb for 2300sek and a 160gb classic for 3100sek.

I will use it with d-jays or q-jays ime's. I will mostly listen to hardcore, hardstyle, trance and chip music. I like the sound in the gen5 ipod, even if it lose control of the bass some times. But is it worth the dubble or tripple amount of money to get the new classic? Sure more space is always good but 80gb isen't enought for all my music, with the 160gb classic can i carry all my music with me and with the 30gb i can have just what i like for the moment. What would you guys choose? A used 30gb U2 ipod in mint condition as good as new for 1000sek, a new classic 80gb for 2300sek or the 160gb classic for 3100sek?
Is the sound in the new classic so much better so i would choose it before the "old" 5gen ipods?

If you have no plans to go iMod then I would get the 160 just for convenience.

Choose based on how much hard drive space you need. That's the prime determiner.

See ya
