It seems I have a euro ipod with a volume limiter that cannot be modified.. ie if you try to max out the volume limiter in the ipod settings, it wont change- instead it reverts to a lower volume limit. Searched all over for solution to this.. is there any firmware hacks out there?
In earlier ipods (3rd/4th gen) etc you could just delete a hidden file in the ipod directory.. 6th gen doesnt have this file..
So annoying!!!!!! Dont wanna have to buy a portable amp when the effing ipod can output required volume.
