Hey guys, looking to upgrade my CX300's to something better and have a built in mic and controller for my iPhone. Looked around and these two seem to be the most logical choices. NE-7M costs around $50 and the MP21 is around $28.

Question is... is the NE-7M worth it at $50? How does the sound quality compare? Would love to hear your comments. Thanks!

well if you want a controller, either the NE-7m, IM-HS5, ADDIEMs.

I personally never heard the soundmagic but the NE-7m is a great pair.

Getting closer and closer to buying the NE-7Ms. Everything I've heard about them has been very positive. Anyone else wanna chime in?

The Mp21 are an absolutely stellar set for the price. However, you are comparing IEMs in different price categories, so if you can afford them then yes, the NE-7M are worth the extra scratch. They are more detailed all-around, have slightly better clarity, and are more extended at the high-end.
