I have been searching for a good mobile player that has bitperfect USB output to an external DAC. I have been using UAPP on an android device, which has done me very well, until recently. So, I tried using my old iPad and iPhone, and both seem to have bit perfect output, as indicated on my Mscaller bitrate (it is the same as that on the Android using UAPP) as well as the volume on the iPhone/iPad not changing the volume to the DAC (a good indicator of bit perfect output).

I am wondering about other people's opinion about the iPhone/iPad being a good bit perfect source for external DACs.
