I can confirm you that using Apple's original lightning to 30 pin adapter our present LOD's will provide an analogue audio output to be used on our iQube's.
My first impressions are that the quality remains the same as with iPhone 4/4S. Sounds real good!!
I can also tell that we are working on an own solution where we have the same functionality but without the adaptor (we are building the adapter into the LOD cable.
So we will provide LOD's lightning to 3.5 mini jack, but the lightning housing will be old 30 pin style.
We expect to be able to provide this solution within 6 months, but don't get your hopes up it could take longer.
