Hi Vlado , your question is " this cable can work with X3 1st gen ?" right ? if yes , the answer is No. L21 supports X3 2nd gen , X5 2nd gen and X7 now.

I accidentally damaged the cable (coaxial-to-RCA mini) that came with my X5ii.  No problem, I contacted the retailer that sold me my X5ii to order a new one but he said it no longer appears on the price list and he is unable to order one.  Next I went to the FiiO website and I see that it's listed there but when I hit the purchase button it says:
 
"sorry this item is no longer available"
 
That's very concerning.  The primary use of my X5ii to transfer my digital library to an external DAC and on to an external headphone amplifier.  Obviously without this cable I'm in big trouble.
 
Next I went to the link that the FiiO representative posted above.  That just leads me back to the FiiO website that I was at previously declaring that the item is no longer available.
 
So what am I to do now?

Nope. I live in Canada and Amazon.com won't send to Canada. Amazon.ca doesn't carry it.

I hope you are able to get one with no problem.  I got one myself because I intend to use my FiiO DAP as a transport for my home system...at least for a while.
The L21 cable should help me with that.

I ordered the L21 and a replacement adaptor from AliExpress, both arrived this week. They work great. Thanks for everyone's assistance.
