I really do thank you all for helping me decide. I'll go for the Fidelio X1 for now.

 
Good choice. They're great.
 

 Since I happen to listen to a lot of low bitrate audio (Youtube, old mp3s, etc) and do game and watch movies as well, I think I'm better off with them.
If I stick around head-fi for any amount of time, I WILL be buying a second or third and probably a fourth and fifth in the future!
