I wouldn't call the Quantum a bass head IEM. It has good quality bass but if you're looking for quantity maybe try the Deuce

Good point.
I also had/heard Deuce and Quantum. Deuce has more subbass. Quantum is more balanced and better overall, less colored mids and highs. And bass QUALITY is outstanding.

Yes exactly. The Quantum isnt exactly a basshead set, but it has fantastic quality bass. The rest of most of their lineup especially the maestro series which includes the likes of the deuce, scarlet, maestros etc would be proper basshead sets. So if you are looking to explore basshead sets the Deuce would be a good place to start considering its price
Intresting, Between the Deuce and Quantum, which one did you find more comfortable for longer sessions?

Quantum is better for longer sessions. Bass quality is outstanding and there is also lot of quantity, its on the "max level of being present, but not overdone".
Hi I have HBB Deuce and love it. The Quantum has also caught my eye and I'm getting ready for an audition.

Im FAR!!! (never bought any) from cable fan and I definitely dont believe in cable affecting sound (except microphonic), but Quantum has banger cable, absolute pleasure to look at and hold.

Quality of life considerations are the best way, in my opinion, to consider cables…. Are they long enough? Do they have the right terminations? How do they look and feel?
Having said that, I have the current and previous generation Cadmus, Eros, and Ares. Really nice cables from a quality of life perspective.
I had a ton of fun auditioning Zeus.
Just some observations and QOL improvements that were very noticeable.
Notable for Deuce owners:
- Quantum's cable is much less microphonic, and generally almost unnoticeable cable noise compared to Deuce.
- Deuce sub-bass is still something I prefer but Quantum is undeniably more capable in terms of EQ. Initially I did not like the Quantum's presentation compared to Deuce, but maybe the driver is Quantum is just that capable, but you can add a TON of sub-bass and EQ down 8k or 250 with no penalty or distortion.
- Quantum is a lot more flexible of a listen than Deuce. I will defend Deuce to my dying breath, but Deuce cannot be EQ-ed too much while Quantum reminds me of a Schitt Lokius. This isn't unique to just Quantum. From memory Blessing 3 was also flexible with EQ without much distortion.
- Quantum detail is miles ahead of Deuce. It's a quicker presentation, "sharper" in some ways, but these are all good things. I had it at higher volume for about an hour and a half, extensively listening against Deuce through Kiwi Ears Allegro Mini.
