This new version of the headphone stand is electroplated three times to enhance its durability and visual appearance - the first layer of copper is the base to increase the surface hardness, the second layer of nickel is applied for corrosion resistance, and the final layer of chromium gives the stand the ultimate luxurious luster. We have carried out a through test that allows the product to perfect a combination of practical and aesthetic features.

I own the HPS-T in both Silver and Black. As nice as this looks, I couldn't imagine paying $100 more because the other ones look really great.
