got mine about 20 mins ago. will wait for Clie's impressions thread before I say too much but these are nice, huge improvement over the beta's

Got mine today, also. Initial impression is good out of the box, but I always break-in headphones before listening objectively.

The review sample showed up today and I find they are pretty nice sounding right out of the box.  They are a very clear upgrade to the Brainwavz Beta. They're not a giant killer and the sound is not perfect, but they don't do many things wrong and there is no irritating peakiness or spikes that would bother even the discerning listeners.  After just an hour of listening today I would say these could easily sell for twice the asking price, and are a lot of fun to listen to.  
 
They seem to have raised the bar for what I consider to be budget earphones.  I'm saving further impressions for after I have spent some dedicated time listening to them, but so far it's favorable.
