One of the differences between LEAR's new "semi-hard" shell vs traditional hard acrylic shell!

Not too sure if this semi hard material will last as well as fully hard..but...looks pretty tempting.

Both of our materials composite with similar chemicals, but with a different proportion, hence a different hardness.
They should be the same, if operated properly.
Since the semi-hard material is impact resistance, it helps to prevent damage from dropping or pressure of any kind.

Interesting. Would you disclose the components this copolymer? Is this your own development? I gues you have studied the polymers skin compatibility?

Since the new material is custom-made by our vendor upon our request, we are not sure if they would disclose the components of the material. Meanwhile, harmless to skin and environmentally friendly are always the first consideration when we develop materials.
