Hi does anyone know how to get internet access with the Cowon Q5W? im using a wireless router at home i followed the steps by going to ultilitys, setting, and enabled WLAN, than i clicked on network WLAN icon and connect. Once i connected i switch to windows doubled clicked internet explorer and the web page said page cannot be displayed can someone help me out?

Try searching through the forum posts at www.iaudiophile.net. I am sure someone there has encountered the same problem.

Ive been searching there but i still cant find a way to access the internet with Cowon Q5W. Do you need a firmware upgrade? in order to use the internet???, can someone plz help me i really want to use the internet on the Cowon Q5W. I kept trying to use the internet but it cant work, Ive already connected to my access point but i still cant use the internet. Can anybody help me?

Register at COWON America, Inc. - Powered By Kayako SupportSuite, if you have not done so already, and strike up a live chat session with tech support. If you are not in the US, don't tell them you are not. That is the only other suggestion I have. Contacting Cowon by any other means is futile.

I believe that the Q5W only supports 802.11b so make sure your router is set to Mixed B&G, not just limiting it to G. That might help.
