Interesting observations: 
I observed that the average views-to-replies ratio is around 100 for threads under the Headphone Amp subforum here, i.e. if you multiply the number of replies by 100, you will roughly get the number of views.
I also observed that if you multiply the number of replies by 100 and only get half the number of views or less, then the threads is likely getting artificially inflated. What happen in these threads is that some group of folks actively post in these threads (for some reason) , and there is actually far less interest than the number of replies suggests.
