While I wait for that LP7, I'm so happy with the P6Pro, especially now joined with the most excellent ibasso PB5 tube amp. This combination exceeds every other solo DAP I've heard including N30 and LP6, YMMV, etc.

Dreams come true sometimes! 😍

LP P6Pro Ti99

It's just a great portable DAP. The amazing thing is the great sound in such a small light package and the battery life is insane. This is the DAP that I bring everywhere with me on the road.

Spending some time with the LP6 Gold and the JVC FW10000. Since there is a sound style for the FW10000. The LP6 Gold has certainly benefited from the pentiometer upgrade, as well as the new FW which allocated more resources in the FPGA to music processing. :)

Thanks for this, I'm listening to this combo on my way to work, with the fw10000 dsp enabled.
I've never heard a firmware release with such a drastically positive impact on sound.
I might as well get the volume knob updated as I don't see myself selling LP6 gold.

Part of me is holding back as I'm hoping they will look into battery upgrades as there as many higher capacity battery from the same maker nowadays.

Spending some time this midweek afternoon with the 7AE and the Trailii. Love the sound style that LP has devised for the Trailii. :)

Hi @Kiats
are you using the Trailli with its OG cable? Lately I was listening to Trailli via LPGT Ti but more and more preferred the P6Pro Ti99 over it. I had equipped Trailli with the Magnus 4-wire cable and loved the clean and even sound which allows highs to shine with more extension and crispness compared to Trailli's OG cable and the lows to have more precision and tactility. Each note enters the stage with good weight.
It's maybe not a surprise that I have the impression of coming home after having switched the cable back to the OG cable. The overall presentation of Trailli with its OG cable allows for a pleasantly organic sound, which apparently some of you appreciate as much as I do.

Indeed I do. One of the reasons is really that I do not have that many iems with 2 pin connectors and hence I do not do as much as cable rolling, as a result. Furthermore, I do enjoy the copper cable by PWA precisely as you have pointed out: it is pleasantly organic. :)
