I just configured a transportable setup for myself. It is composed of an portable USB/DAC-Amp with a Passport USB 320Gb harddrive with all my music FLAC files. I am using the ATH-ESW9 headphone with this. Nothnig resides on the computer that the devices are attached too. Everything runs off the USB line running through the computer with almost no load on the CPU. I have a media player configured on the Passport drive. Everything fits inside the ATH ESW9 headphone case when on the move. I also have the iMod for when I really want to go on computer that also fits in this case.

How big is this combo? Ok, forget it. You call it tranportable instead of portable, lol

When I am using the iMod it fits in my shirt pocket with the headphone on my head.
