I'm currently connected from the 3.5 main out to a RCA y adapter.

I guessing I would get better sound quality out of the 1/4" outputs. What interconnect should I get?

Would either of these be fine?

are sweatwaters Pro Co cables worth the extra price? $16 compared to $5-7 for the Hosa models.

Go with the dual Hosa 1/4" TRS cables:

They're balanced for a buck or two more, which theoretically helps with noise rejection. In practice the difference is nonexistent, but I recommend the Hosa dual TRS over the TS because from my experience the TRS's have a more rugged and durable design. Don't waste your money with the Pro Co cables, the Hosa ones are just as good, if not better in terms of durability, for a lower price.

thanks for the info, one problem though. I need 1/4" to RCA (SS has RCA inputs). And the link you gave is for 1/4-1/4 cables. I didn't see Hosa TRS cables in 1/4" to RCA.

Just go to radioshack and pick up the gold plated 1/4" to phono adapters and use your own cable.

I only have a cheap $2 rca cable, so I figured I'd just get a halfway decent interconnect with the 1/4" ends.
