I am trying to find more info on these two headphones. They are about $10 apart in price. Very few reviews on either, but the ones I can find seem to love the 910, but say they are cheaply made. Very little on the 8500. Does anyone own both or have owned both who can shed some light on these?

check out headwize. there are tons of info on the hp910. hp910 used to be the flavor of the month back then

i have had both. they both sound great. the 910 is fuller and bassier, the 8500 detailed highs, recessed mids.
they are both cheaply made, like most things philips. but worth their price 2 times over in sound
