apparently u can store files either way..has line in for direct recording off another source...for best quality...no compression..I was hoping someone has some experience with it. It looks like it is just what I want. I want to record my sacd's and dvd/audio collection. I need to post another question, if I can get the higher quality from sacd's by doing line in recording.

iAudio X5 30GB 103.7 mm X 60.8mm X 14.3mm/18.3mm 145g
iAudio X5L 30GB 103.7 mm X 60.8mm X 18.3mm/22.3mm 180g

*second measures are for the hump (18.3 on X5 and 22.3 on X5L)

(Too lazy to do the convertion :p)
