There is a commercial pop up on Head-fi: "Kerstins Landhausmode".....for german traditional clothing.
 
You have to know it is a far right wing clothing brand, VERY close to the neo-nazi circles.
 
 
Please be aware of it!
 
Really, if there is a way to get rid of it, please do so! it makes me wanna throw up every time i see it!

It appears that new ads were allowed through via Java Script.  This includes the ever so popular makeup ads that have zero pertinence to 90% of us here.  They were so bad and intrusive that I just bookmark the pages I want to view now and turn off java script in Firefox.  It is found under Tools --> Options --> Content and unchecking Javascript enabled.
 
I am hoping someone who does some moderation or site development here will comment as these ads are extremely unrelated to headphones and audio.
 
Thanks for posting this as I am sure you are not the only one feeling the ads do not belong here.
