I own the Victor HP-RX700s, but have found them to be lacking in portability... Also, even if I do bring them outside, everyone looks at me like I'm a crazy maniac! I need something that will suit my needs!

1. $80 budget
2. Over the ear headphones or IEMs
3. Portable
4. Good isolation, I don't want everyone shouting out the name of the song I'm listening to...
5. Nice, tight, low bass
6. Wide sound-stage
7. Fun sounding (doesn't have to be analytical or anything)
8. Good for alternative rock, rap and party

The SONY EX310 are great for the price and offers overall crisp clear sound with deep punchy bass and has fairly wide soundstage.
