Atrio M5 with stock foam tips. I tried the KSC75, but the lack of isolation was a problem because my gym is noisy. Plus the pads got sweaty, which felt weird. Before the Atrio, I used the Shure E2c and SE110.
Works surprisingly well for the gym and running. I hate regular earbuds but the Arriva earbuds are very comfortable since they go into your ears from the top instead of the bottom. Didn't like the in-ear Arrivas at all because the isolation seal comes and goes when running.

Hah, are you going to the gym or just moving your listening room?
It took me about 10 seconds to compare the EX85 with the MDR-AS50. The AS50 sounds like a transistor radio compared to the ex85. We'll, I am sort of exaggerating, but you get the point. I also find the ex85 more comfortable. The AS50 exerts too much pressure for my taste. If the AS50 is an indication of a good "sports" earphone, better to stick with at least the marshmallow. If I can find a local place that sells the Senn sports models, I would like to try one of those. Thanks for all of the tips on this site.
They fit extremely well and gave me the sound I was looking for without falling out.
They lasted through the sweat and all the activity that my one hour and a quarter workout produced.
I do recommend the Westone 3 with silicon grey sleeves due to their excellent noise isolation and great seal. Unlike a previous post where the user found the W3 falling off halfway with the sleeves, I felt that the seal was great due to the air-tightness of it.
And an iPod Touch would be lightweight and very functional if you are using the Nike + kit.
