Right now I've got the Audio Technica ATH-900x which I love, but I've got a few gripes that have me wanting to move to in-ear monitors or earbuds, like:

• Head pressure
• Constantly needing to readjust when it falls down
• Magni/Modi 2 are great, but the power issue on one of them requires it to be plugged in constantly to work, but I turn off my power bar every night
• Deteriorating ear pads which I know I could just replace

~$300 CAD is what I'm looking at. Maybe something that can also be plugged into the bigger headphone type as well. Is this price point not high enough to be considered monitors?

In that price range I am thinking about a 1More Quad Driver. In my opinion, it cannot be beaten in the $200 US or under range. Maybe read about it and see what you think. It is possible it could work. The other one in this price range that I recommend that is a bit less spendy on amazon US at the moment is the MEE Pinnacle P1. It is also quite good. You might check it out, too. Some thoughts.
