My sister went through her 2nd Set of Sony MDR-EX51's so it's time for something different as well as better.

These are for use with a gen 2 Ipod Nano and will be used for general listening as well as running, budget is around $60.

So far I'm looking at the UE super.fi 3. Any other recommendations?

JVC HA-FX33 ($10-$15), JVC HA-FX55 ($20-$25), and JVC HA-FX66 ($25-$30) will all offer good sound quality on the cheap as IEMS. There are actually a couple of rather good threads about these that have been popping back up in recent days.

UE super.fi 3.?? don't get em they have no bass they go too much over high and mids go with somethin else

Actually SF3 Studio have a pretty good sound for the price. Much better than some of the other IEMs I have heard in that price range.

I would go for the SF3.

Mylarone x3i's have gotten pretty good praise around here - at exactly your price point.

I went with the SF3. The Mylarone x3is also looked pretty nice but from the reviews I read they may not be best for small ears which my sister has.
