I need your advise regarding In-Ear plugs. Should be around 400USD.

Listen to TIDAL and .flac files. Rock, Rap, Dance....

If you can stretch your budget just a bit, you can get into an iBasso IT04, which would be fantastic. Maybe read about them and see what you think. They could work for you.

I'll add in the Fiio FA7. Great little IEM that brings out the detail of all music, cost is in the US$300 range. I listen to them with my A&K SR15 and enjoy them quite a bit. BTW, I do use a 2.5mm balanced cable.
