I sent my ENIGMA+est to Brandon, he received them and did not respond to my emails anymore, it's been 2 weeks since he received my ENIGMA+est, but no information from Brandon.
Now I have neither ENIGMA+est nor refund

@AxelCloris there seem to be many problems with IMR as of lately, borderlining the illegal imo. Is this company in some way in business with head-fi or are there any contacts that people of this forum could leverage to benefit those that are affected?

You should have asked 50% up front with the outstanding 50% payable when you report readiness to ship... in some undisclosed future... in 3 years or so.

Hello, I see you live in London. In your case, why don't you make a complaint to your local consumer office or police station? In your position you have the advantage of being able to exercise those rights directly, unlike those of us who live outside the UK.
If IMR were in Europe, I would have already filed a complaint for scam with the police and another for bad and abusive practices with the consumer agency.
Well, I thank you on behalf of all of us if you do. This is going to be a stalemate if we do not definitely move on to the next level, which is to report the matter to the competent authorities and have them investigate the practices of this company. There are a lot of people involved, and a lot of money involved.
So ... what if, except for a few who did get paid just to make others believe, the "buy back" program was a big scam (for whatever reason) and the erroneous refunds were (near instant) karma for trying to scam?
I still think they are trying to move money off the books to a satellite account to avoid receivers when they declare bankrupt. Cos its game up everybody will be fighting for the little that's left. They think they have an escape route.
