I had some custom silicone in-ear moulds made for my TF10's which provide excellent isolation.
The problem I am having is that I am currently losing weight. Apparently your ear canal will also lose weight (I was reliably informed by an audiologist who took my ear moulds).
At this stage the seal is still near perfect but I sometimes get leakage from one ear and that results in loss of bass and some sound quality till I fiddle with it.
I am sure that I have seen on the web some tiny rings that are designed to go over the ear canal part of in-ear monitors to improve the seal. I might be wrong here but it sticks in my mind and I cannot find them again. Tried many search parameters but not getting it.
So I thought you guys might have come across these, or got some other means of slightly increasing the seal on in-ear moulds.
