Hi, all. I'm gonna buy the NuForce uDAC-3 on Massdrop within the next couple days, as well as closed headphone for about $200. I'm leaning towards the Beyerdynamic DT770s just for the sake of convenience. The highly V-shaped frequency response is probably better tailored for someone a little more causal like myself, too. This raises a (hopefully) quick question, however: Which impedance (32, 80, or 250) is better for running with this DAC?
By the way, I'm never gonna use these headphones outside the house—or in other words, straight through my laptop or phone—so it's not like I need to give the benefit of the doubt to the lower impedance model. I just want the best sound quality possible. Thanks for any responses, in advance.
