Several online dealers are showing 'discontinued' item for Image X10 model. Anyone know what the story is?

Man... just when I was starting to come around and want to purchase either another pair of IEM's, finally. I wonder if this means that the X5 is also soon to go?

Is it a good thing if I have a X10 and it's discontinued? cuz I just bought one not a long time ago.

Well, still no confirmation on any of this. I just ordered the X10s from Audio Advisor anyway, 'cause it's not like Klipsch is going out of business and they still have warranty. I just began seeing the signs - including the X10 not being listed for sale on klipsch.com (although they ARE listed in the 'Product' section), and some dealers showing the 'discontinued' label.

The X10i replaced the X10. Same price and earphone just with the addition of the built in mic and new packaging.

Interesting. Wonder why they would offer me a 'mic'ed product as the only version. I guess Klipsch believes convergence of smart phones and DAPs is universal. Not so for me, as I keep the devices quite separate. Hmmm.
