I absolutely despised the look of the HD 600 for at least a year, but after reading so much about it, I began to re-consider, and now, I don't even look at its aesthetics. I just grab them, put them on, and choose what I want to listen to.

I think the 650s look better and sound great, and you should have seen the grills Senn put on the 580s. Man do they look tacky.

I dont care what others think I like the 580 grills. Plus you can always paint them it you dont enjoy the marbled look.

HD580 with HD600 grills looked miles better than the 600's alone, IMO. The standard 580 grills are extremely tacky. Does anyone have a picture of the 580 grills on the 600?? That would be amazing!

Me too. I like the fact that they hide the guts from view. That's one thing I don't like about Grado's and HD600/650; you can see the innards. It's like seeing an anorexic chick's ribcage.

Why should you care how they look?! You're not the one seeing them when you're wearing them!
