I've owned a pair of Sennheiser IE8is since July 15, 2011. For the past few months, they've been great, I have the bass all the way up. But I just noticed today that today the bass is there, but it's a lot weaker than it was before, like it's on level 1. Is it possible I blew out the headphones?

If you blow out headphones, the driver doesn't work, or everything (not only bass) is extremely soft...  I think your headphones might have just burned in and you didn't notice it until now.

If the headphone has a filter, perhaps the filter is clogged?

Really? When I first bought them I burned them in for about 48 hours. 
 
I've been using them for about 500 hours, if my math is right.

I thought it could be that, but I cleaned them. 
 
Unless you mean take off the screen and clean it that way.

I just unplugged the ear pieces and blew into them. They seem to work like they did before now.
