first of all do I need an amp for those headphones at all? will it improve the quality? second which amp do I get under 100$?

I don't think you really *need* one in case. You're fine the way you are.

The E2's are too low impedance to probably even improve. If anything, the amp will just color the sound. I always though my E2's out of the Karma were just fine, I never bothered using the Cmoy and Supermini I had.
