One is $190, and the other one is $100
Is the sound quality of the Zen DAC v2 worth the $90 difference?
I don't have a headphone yet (other than my "old" RHA MA750i)

Differences are the v2 has balanced, mqa decoder, usb3, made of metal instead of plastic. Other than that they are the "same", and use the same circuitry for SE/unbalanced.
