Is there a support contact for iFi?
I cant find it on their site.

My Micro iDSD has issues and wanted to see if I cant send it in for service.
It seems as it lost amplification of some sort... In order to hear something I have to put the volume all the way up.

Take a look on the bottom of the unit. Have you engaged IEMatch?

Thanks for your reply, Thats the first thing I check as it has happen before.... But no, that is not the case
