I bought this two years ago and I wanted to know if any of you guys have the same issue I did with the USB mâle. After multiple plug-ins and plug-outs, the USB male part of the unit had worn-out and now I can't have any audio out of it.

Let me ask whether it's in 100% a USB input on the product that's faulty? Have you tried a different USB cable?

They should guide you what to do next, even if your product is out of warranty. If we can, we'll fix it!
