Sorry, no, this is the first of this form factor for me… I can say I am really enjoying the Go Pods, but I don’t have another to compare against. Tomorrow I will try to compare against the BTR7, my current favorite BT dongle.

One thing that is inconvenient is the apparent lack of an Ambient mode.

Agree. Ambient mode and Multi-point would be welcomed additions if the chipset would allow it through a firmware upgrade.

Yeah, multi-point is the other missing big feature, you are right. Not a deal killer, but a bit disappointing.

Two days from shipment to receipt, but since I pre-ordered the actual time from order to receipt is not really relevant (I ordered on the 19th during the pre-order window). However, Bloom Audio did seem to move very quickly!

Mine arrived today. Am using them but can't enable Apt X HD
On the bloom audio spec page it's there and in multiple reviews. What gives?
