if u think ur hd6x0 sounds dark, make sure u have worn it correctly.

Really? For me it's rather the contrary - the small disconfort I did get (at length) on the top on my head practically is no more an issue even after wearing it for 3+ hours now that I've extended the headband completely, while the 'vice grip' has never been one at all for me (yeah, my head is long and thin
biggrin.gif
). Funny.

Well, I followed the advice given and moved my earcups forward. I notice a difference, but I think its mostly because I'm analyzing the sound now instead of just listening to the music.

HD650s are dark and I like it like that.

wait, so if you move the driver so it is centered in front of the ear canal you will hear more detail? astonishing!

yup, just push it forward, very easy to hear the difference with high resolution disc
