EDIT: Made a typo in the title, I meant the Quadbeat 3 (not the tuned by AKG version)
While I've not been completely happy with either IEM out of the box, with some EQ or modding both have given me the highest aural enjoyment. Seeing as both are discontinued and will at some point run out of stock, what alternatives can I consider?
