Also what's the difference between Kaiser 10 and 10u? I've heard from MANY people, they'd rather have the Kaiser's than the HD800's.

The Kaiser 10 is a custom IEM, meaning you need to get ear impressions done to have the IEM custom-fitted for your ears. The 10U is the universal variant of the same IEM, meaning one shape fits all.
 
In that price range look at other flagship IEMs such as Campfire Andromeda and the upcoming Fidue A91. There isn't really a matter of better at that point, it'll come down to personal preference. You may personally prefer an IEM that is much cheaper, who knows.

Maybe you should provide some more info on your current setup so people know where you're coming from or your sound preference.

I had the opportunity of listening Kaiser 10u, I fell in love instantly.  In my humble point of view I prefer the Kaiser 10u than HD 800s.
In fact I'm thinking to buy them for myself. 

 . Now I "only" have to convince my wife, and it's going to be hard.... two months ago I bought JH Trifi, I'm really happy with them but I had to have bought the Kaiser 10u in that moment.
 
Now I have look for them in Noble webpage but they are sold out. Do anyone know where I could buy them?,
