no, it would be plugged directly into your brain to avoid having to deal with faulty eardrums.

And risk shorting out your brain from too extreme tweaking?

I meant ability to recharge off your head without fiddling with endless wires or cables...

Black Westone cable, but a tad longer before and after the Y split, and with a smaller plug. Soft silicone tips that are notched so that they stay on the earphone (the E500 has this, right?). Opaque glossy polycarbonate casing in a variety of colors. Sounds like a UM2, but with a bit more treble and upper midrange. Slightly higher impedance than the UM2 so as to eliminate hiss from portable players.

you know... the world is going wireless right?
so instead of using an external personal monitor pack, why not create a wireless one right out of the box. The overall design over the ear would be like a shure e4c 'cause it's small and seems to fit better, with a sound signature of ue 10, and a stronger body so it could cope with harsh environment. The cables goes to the back of the head as normal iems would do but the right and left cables merge together in a box as big as a coin which contains the receiver and battery (which should be very small).

just don't imagine the design like the ety's wireless... they are plain ugly (don't wanna be mean)

It would be interchangeable with at least 10 types and sizes of tips, and it would come with a pack of all sizes:

foamies, double & triple flanges, silicone, etc.
