Having surveyed several over ear pairs in the < $300 range (m100, momentum, m50x, custom one pro), I'm now looking to upgrade my IEMs as well. With the over ears I tried, I prefer the sound profile of the m50x and the momentums. They are different from each other, but I like them both.
What's out there with similar sound profiles in the IEM form factor? I'm looking for a similar < $300 budget. I'd prefer IEMs with the wire going straight down and NOT over the ear if possible. I found one thread that compared the Shure SE215 to the momentums, but they're wire over ear.
Any suggestions?
