Hi all,

I'm looking for a cheap pair of IEM's (<$30) that will meet these criteria.

1.  MUST fit snugly in my ears.  I haven't had much look getting simple cushions or single-flanges to stay put (JVC marshmallows, or single flange tips from M9's).  The dual-flange tip from the M9's worked great for me.

2. I'm tired of mids that are so recessed you can't hear vocals.  Both my M9's and JVC Marshmallows were bad about this.

3. They need to have some bass, but it doesn't have to be huge.

Thoughts on what might work?  I'm currently looking at the JVC HA-FX40's and the SHE3580/3680's, but neither have a dual flange tip.

Any suggestions?

The GR02 Bass has biflanges,  and has solid bass quantities (quality is absolutely fantastic). Not sure if the GR06 has bi-flanges, but the mids are jaw-droppingly good for the price. If you really happen to need bi-flanges, you could always buy them separately (Earsonic biflanges are fantastic, and fit the VSonics as well). Dirt-cheap compared to the price of the earphones themselves.
