Hi, I'm looking for my first IEMs and I want them to have the best noise isolation possible for my budget. I don't really care about having a great sound quality, I just want something to listen to music in and at the same time isolate myself from external noises so I don't have to crank up the volume too much.

You can buy triple flange eartips if you already have an IEM they are very cheap and always make sure the tips seal if they dont get a size that fits you. :)

Some people don't get along with triple flanges because they go very deep. You can also try foam tips or silicon tips from sellers like Tennmak and Anji Rui, which fill the ear canal with width and softness rather than depth.

First, try all the tips that come with the original IEMs. You'll know when you have a good seal, which not only gives you more isolation but improves the sound.

Also, take a close look at the design of whatever IEM you order. If you see that it is vented -- a hole or grate in the outer shell -- then it won't provide the best isolation. The vent is there to relieve pressure when you put it in your ear. If you use foam tips, you probably won't need a vented design.

Shure SE215(fake) + comply professional memory foam tips. Superb noise isolation.

I wouldn't recommend counterfeit Shures when that long list above has real, reputable choices. And Comply tips are crazily overpriced compared to Anji Rui or Tennmak.

It might be a worthwhile investment to go to Aliexpress.com and get a cheap pack of S-M-L foams to see what size best fits your individual ears. Look at the size in millimeters in the specs once you find one that fits well.
