I recently lost my old Shure e2c's, and bought a set of q-jays. They sounded great, but I've learned that without foam tips (which the q-jay's don't have), I'm just not comfortable. Before I go buy the Shure se210's, does anyone have any recommendations for iem's with foam tips in the $100-$150 price range?

I was satisfied with the old e2c's, but the q-jays did sound awfully good. I listen to a wide range of music, and while bass is important, I don't want anything too distorting.

I'm really not sure but can't you just buy a set of foam tips for your q-jays?

Maybe some shure black olives?

I'm not sure if they fit though.

Try putting the FutureSonics Atrio M5 on your list.

Jays has said that they're planning on coming out with foams in January, but who knows if that'll really happen...

You could always try making your own. I remember reading a thread about that on here, not sure which forum though.

Thats right. Peter @ Jays said that the q-JAYS purchased in January onwards will actually come with foams, so I can only assume that they will also start selling them seperately.
