im due an upgrade and se215 has always been my go to for listening to drum and bass. for their fit (small olive foam) and durability and mostly for the sub bass but has anything emerged in chi fi that has that same deep bass but would be considered an upgrade.
im looking at going with the blue versions but im intrigued by moondrop starfield and other recent chi fi around 80 to 150 pounds but if its merely a sidegrade with a brighter sound signature and better mids and highs etc then i would perhaps be better sticking to shures as im more concerened about deep sub bass. being an older iem and being regarded as a muddy and outdated iem its been hard to find the answers im looking for.
