Hi,
I have small ear canals and always had comfort issues with in-ears so I switched to non in-earbuds like Yincrow X6, Qian69.
I recently bought final E500 since they look small and I am able to use them with second smallest tips. I prefer their sound signature quite a bit. It is a bit bland and plain but very kind of natural and fatigue free.

So I am looking for some recommendations for IEMs that will fit my ears. I would like kind of similar sound signature to final E500 meaning that it is fatigue free in general but would love a bit better vocals and a bit more musical sound signature.

Currently I am planning to buy Sony WH-CH520 headphone. I know it's not an IEM but if would like to know where they stand in terms of sound quality like I do not want most detailed sound but just well balanced not fatiguing sound in general.

Yep, the E500 was too smooth/bland for me too. The Sennheiser IE200 on a black Friday sale will be a nice upgrade in a small casing.
One other approach to shopping on size, check the Sonicfoam top chart on Amazon. They have 4 different size charts, and just see the smallest size chart for a shopping list to narrow it down. The Soundmagic E80 is another I remember being really small, and brighter than the E500 that's for sure.

Hi, regarding your question, I would suggest you look at something with a nozzle diameter of less than 5.5mm.
Here is a small database where you can look up the nozzle diameter
For myself, I would recommend looking at small cases such as kefine delci, simgot ew200/ew300, Sennheiser IE, Moondrop Chu / Lan

Sennheiser IE200 seems to have perfect sound signature for my liking though I am a bit worried about fit issues. Currently I can am able to use final E500 but I am not getting really good seal easily. I need to adjust them after sometime.

Are Sennheiser IE200 bigger than those?
