As per the title, any recommendations for flush IEMs I could use for sleeping?

I’ve read some googled articles and don’t think I can go with the headbands etc. While it’s for relaxation and sleep, I care enough about it to not want something that sounds terrible. I’ve searched through the forum and read some reasonably old posts, but didn’t see anything new in a good few years.

Noise cancelling would be a bonus, so I will have a look at Bose QuietComfort 20. They look like they will protrude a bit, and I sleep on my side, so might not work, but worth a try.

Thanks for any suggestions

I also sleep on my side and I’ve fallen asleep many times with the Hifiman RE400. They’re small and at least for me, they do not prevent me from sleeping (although I should mention I’m good at sleeping). The sound of these is pretty good for the US$ 49 they’re found, mildly warm and nicely defined mids. You need to invest around 200-300 to get a substantial upgrade.
